Dwnvtr (NodeBB Downvoter)

This NodeBB plugin allows you to add interesting effects to downvoted posts and/or users with negative reputation (trolls).

Effects:

1. Each downvote a post receives will cause it to fade 20% (to a minimum of 10% opacity)
